1-800-TAXICAB is creating a nationwide network of high-quality taxicab companies.

Passengers dial the same phone number, 1-800-TAXICAB, in all metropolitan areas where the service is available. We patch the caller through to a network taxicab company in the caller’s area. To the taxicab company, the call is just like any other.

Unlike other toll-free taxicab routing services, 1-800-TAXICAB is committed to high quality and visible advertising. In all of our current markets we have display-sized advertisements in the yellow pages. In our new markets, we expect to place advertisements in a combination of yellow pages, local newspapers, benches, bus stops, billboards, and eventually radio. 1-800-TAXICAB will also provide stickers to its members to place within their taxis.

The 1-800-TAXICAB nationwide network is already in Seattle, Washington; Columbus, Ohio; and El Paso, Texas. Call volume is increasing significantly and we are positioned to grow rapidly. By March 2000, we plan to make a marketing blitz in order to add 20 more cities to the network. By January 2001, we plan to add 50 more markets, with a total of more than 150 markets within three years.

In the next six months, we expect our website (www.1-800-TAXICAB.com) to be operational so that taxicab service can be ordered over the internet. 1-800-TAXICAB will also introduce its corporate voucher program within the next year, which will connect corporate travelers across the country to our member taxicab companies.
