1-800-TAXICAB utilizes superior call routing technology from one of the three major long-distance companies. Unlike other nationwide toll-free networks who utilize inferior technology, our network only routes calls from your local service area to your dispatchers.

Calls are accepted from all home telephones, payphones, business phones, and cellular telephones within their local calling area. 1-800-TAXICAB is currently developing a menu-driven option for those callers with cellular phones outside of their local area.

All incoming calls to the network are meticulously documented by date, time of day, and duration (in six-second intervals) for your review.
