1-800-TAXICAB’s pricing system is simple and transparent.

There is a one-time sign-up fee but no monthly or recurring fees. Each month, you are charged a flat fee per call, as long as you keep the call under two minutes. (For calls over two minutes, we charge a very small fee for each additional minute in six-second increments.) For calls from payphones, you also pay the per call tax charged by the federal government. We cover all other applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees. We will also tailor our pricing to suit your needs by charging a flat monthly fee plus a lower per call charge in certain markets.

And, of course, you pay only for the calls you actually pick up.

Billing is easy. Once a month you receive a detailed listing of all calls you received during the prior month. Because the bills come directly from our long-distance provider, you can be assured that we charge you only for the calls routed from our toll-free number, 1-800-TAXICAB.
